Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices  said it entered a marketing agreement with to attract wealthy Chinese buyers looking to purchase homes in the United States. The brokerage said the agreement will make it “much easier” for the 2 million monthly users of and to browse franchisees’ residential listings the Chief Executive of HomeServices Gino Blefari said in a statement.

Charles Pittar, CEO of, said the agreement between the Chinese portal and HomeServices would be beneficial for the Chinese property market.
